I have worked as a Neurographica facilitator for over two years, after completing my studies at the Institute of Psychology of Creativity. I first discovered this meditative drawing method while searching for clarity and balance in my own life. From the very first experience, I noticed how simple lines could release tension, stabilize emotions, and bring mental lightness.
Today, I share this approach with teams and individuals through workshops and one-to-one sessions. I have seen how the method helps participants reduce stress, think with greater clarity, and build the confidence needed to move forward. Each line drawn strengthens self-connection and opens new perspectives for both personal and professional growth.
