What our clients say about us

How does the Neurographica workshop work?

Before the workshop, we agree on a theme for the workshop. The theme can be, for example, "Developing my professional skills" or "My path as a specialist."
At the beginning of the workshop, we discuss the topic, after which I teach the basics of the technique. No prior drawing experience is needed – the method is simple and easy to learn.
We all draw on the same theme, but each participant creates their own drawing. I guide the process and provide assistance when needed.
During and at the end of the process, we discuss participants' thoughts and insights, which strengthens a sense of community. Most often, participants share that after the workshop, they feel more relaxed and present, their thoughts have become clearer, and they feel encouraged to take action toward their personal or career goals.
The workshop lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours and can be held at your premises, at the location of your training day, or online if needed.

Why is the Neurographica workshop a great program for your team's day?

  • The workshop works excellently as the start of a training program, as it relieves tension and opens participants up to receiving new information.
  • It is also suitable as the conclusion of a training day, helping to visualize and summarize what has been learned during the day.
  • The workshop serves as an independent entertaining activity, for example, on a recreation day.
About the Neurographica Method
Neurographica is a method for supporting projects — personal and team-based, creative and professional.

“Neuro” refers to attention processes, cognitive functions, and neural connections. “Graphica” refers to a visual language that helps clarify a task, refine meaning, and find solutions.

The method was created by Pavel Piskarev (Ph.D., Professor) in 2014.
It is structured as an integrated system of knowledge and practice, documented in original works, publications, and educational programs. The method continues to develop through articles, research, and professional reflection.

It is also appropriate to describe Neurographica (instead of the phrase “a method for supporting projects — personal and team-based, creative and professional”) as:

  • A creative method for transforming the world
  • Transformation of the world through a marker
  • A method of transformation and management of impressions
  • A method of well-organized coincidences
  • A method of working with and managing the unconscious
